Booking Requests
Booking requests do not guarantee provider acceptance until payment and provider confirmation.
Payment Obligations
Payment is due at booking via Stripe, ACH, Venmo or approved processors.
Cancellation Policy
Refund eligibility depends on cancellation timing and booking terms.
Property Access Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate addresses, lock codes and access details.
Disputes & Claims
Syncora may review messages, records, photos and payment history during disputes.
User Conduct
Fraud, false claims, harassment, chargeback abuse and misuse are prohibited.
Reviews & Ratings
Fraudulent reviews may lead to suspension.
Limitation of Liability
Syncora is not liable for provider negligence or service execution failures.
Governing Law
Governed by Wyoming law.
