Terms of Service

Last updated: June 25, 2026

1. Platform Services

Syncora operates as a technology marketplace connecting customers, property owners, property managers, vendors, contractors, and independent service providers for booking, scheduling, communication, and payment processing.

2. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for account security and activity occurring under their accounts.

3. Booking Workflow

Customers submit booking requests. Providers may accept, reject, counteroffer pricing, request scheduling changes, or decline service requests. Booking is not binding until provider acceptance and payment authorization.

4. Provider Independence

Providers independently determine pricing, availability, travel fees, service scope, emergency rates, and scheduling. Providers are not employees of Syncora LLC.

5. Payments

Payment is due at booking. Payments may be processed through Stripe, ACH processors, Venmo, and future approved third-party processors. Syncora may deduct platform fees and processing fees prior to payout release.

6. Messaging & Communications

Users may communicate through in-app systems. Syncora may retain communication records for fraud prevention, disputes, safety reviews, and compliance investigations.

7. Anti-Circumvention

Users may not bypass Syncora after meeting through the platform to avoid platform fees. Off-platform solicitation intended to avoid fees may result in suspension or permanent removal.

8. Reviews & Ratings

Syncora may remove fraudulent reviews, manipulated ratings, abusive review activity, or competitor sabotage intended to damage marketplace integrity.

9. Intellectual Property

All Syncora software architecture, APIs, workflows, marketplace logic, designs, trademarks, content, and related systems remain protected intellectual property of Syncora LLC.

10. Limitation of Liability

Syncora operates solely as a marketplace platform and is not responsible for independent provider negligence, licensing compliance, service quality disputes, or private agreements outside the platform.

11. Account Suspension

Syncora may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abusive behavior, payment disputes, repeated cancellations, harassment, illegal conduct, or policy violations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming. Disputes shall be handled under applicable Wyoming jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
